Our family
business
“Meli Mistros Evia” has been active since 2010 in the production and trade of honey, offering pure, aromatic, and unprocessed Greek honey of high quality and unique flavor.
The history of our family begins in the village of Mistros, in the heart of Evia, where our relationship with nature and bees started decades ago. Since 1986, beekeeping was an amateur occupation, based on our love for the environment and the bee. However, this love evolved into something greater. Since 2010, we decided to make beekeeping our main profession, creating our family business with the aim of sharing the pure and high - quality honey we produce with every consumer. |

we produce and offer you three varieties of honey, from spring until autumn each year: the rich pine honey, the aromatic fir honey, and the refined orange blossom honey.
Each variety is unique, flavorful, and delightful, ideal to enjoy at any moment of the day. |

You can find our honeys in the wider area of Evia in grocery stores, delicatessens, butcher shops, and mini markets, while there is also the option to ship them throughout Greece.

Production
Process
In our business, we follow the traditional nomadic method. We transport our beehives from area to area, following the natural vegetation, so that we collect the honey when conditions are ideal for each variety.
The harvesting is done with care and respect for tradition, while we use modern tools to extract the honey from the honeycombs without losing any of its quality.
From the moment the honey is extracted, we store it in stainless steel tanks and package it carefully, ensuring that every jar reaches you full of the freshness and aromas of Greek nature. |
